Accessing the IHG Merlin Portal
To access the IHG Merlin portal, you must log in with your username, password, and domain name. Once logged in, you can access employee benefits and manage your profile. The IHG Merlin employee portal is free to join, and you can even reset your password if you’ve forgotten it.
Logging In
If you're an IHG employee with a Merlin account already, you can log in to your Merlin account directly. If you are an IHG employee and have yet to open a Merlin account, you can do so, but it can take up to 24 hours for the account to be enabled. Validation will expire after six months, so you should renew it every six months. Rooms are available at the employee rate, but you must use a valid ID to access the rooms.
