Payment Policies and Procedures

Tuition payments are made weekly through Family Link, an online platform designed to manage financial commitments and personal information. Family Link simplifies the payment process by allowing you to:

Payments are due first of each month in advance. There is a $20.00 per day late fee charge after the fifth. If the fee is not paid after a period of five days, your child will not be admitted until all fees are paid in full. The Penalty for NSF check is $50.00 plus $20.00 per day late fee as of first of the month to the time that payment is paid in full. Cash payment is required for returned checks. You may be put on a cash basis after the second NSF check. Upon enrollment, half of the monthly fee & registration fee is required to hold the spot and is non-refundable. The other half is to be paid the day the child starts.

  • Daily Drop Off Fee: Preschool - $120 / Toddler- $130

  • Sibling Discount: $150 toward registration fee

  6. If you’ve already visited a school and want to enroll, all you need is in our Enrollment Packet. Get a checklist of what to bring, along with the forms you need to get started. Download, print, and complete the packet for your next visit.

Should your family have additional enrollment considerations, please note we have specific paperwork for children with Special Needs, Severe Allergies, and Blood Glucose/Diabetes Management needs.

Regarding termination of services, Petite Academy requires parents to fill out an exit questionnaire. 30 Day notice in writing is required if you intend to terminate care from Petite Academy or makeany changes to the current agreement.(Ex: from full time to part time, etc.) If you should terminate your child's care without notice, you will be responsiblefor payment of a full month.

Additional Information

  • During the school year and all year round, we will only accept children ages 12 months to 6 years full time.
  • School aged children (Ages 6+) will not be accepted during the school year for after school, breaks or half days, ​(September 1st to June 24th) BEFORE school only ($650 per month).​
  • Children ages 12 months to 6 years are accepted year-round.
  • The summer program is available full time.
