- Lees College Campus: Located in Jackson, Kentucky, the Lees College Campus was formerly Lees College, established in 1883. This campus includes Jackson Hall, J.
- Leslie County Center: Situated 21 miles west of the Hazard Campus in Hyden, Kentucky, the Leslie County Center extends HCTC's reach into Leslie County. Notably, this location is also home to the Kentucky School of Bluegrass and Traditional Music.
- Bailey-Stumbo Building: Select Allied Health classes are offered in the Bailey-Stumbo Building at the University of Kentucky Center for Rural Health adjacent to the Appalachian Regional Medical Center in Hazard, located 4 miles from the Hazard Campus.
