Guild partners with various organizations to provide educational opportunities for their employees. For example, MultiCare employees can access a catalog of learning programs with their Guild benefit, often with no upfront tuition costs for select programs. These programs include undergraduate and master's degrees, certificates, bootcamps, HS completion, college prep, and English language learning. MultiCare employees can also receive up to $5,250/year for full-time employees and $2,500/year for part-time employees for other undergrad programs and other master's degrees in the Guild catalog.
