The Genesis of Green Oaks School

The story of Green Oaks School is one of vision and determination. Frustrated by the limited educational opportunities available for children with special needs, a group of educators, medical professionals, and concerned parents united to create a school where these children could thrive. Tired of watching them struggle to belong, the founding board members turned a vision into reality, establishing Green Oaks School to meet their unique needs.

From Schoolhouse to Comprehensive Support System

Green Oaks School initially focused on serving children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities. Classes are organized by age, developmental level, and social needs, ensuring that each student receives individualized attention and support.
