Flexible Payment Plans
Outside Life has partnered with Flex Pay to offer college-friendly payment plans for the Epic College Pass. This allows students to spread out their costs with lower monthly payments, with options as low as $0 down.

A $25 deposit is required to reserve the Epic Pass. Pass prices increase incrementally through November. The pass rate is not locked in until full payment is received OR a FlexPay payment plan is selected. Payment can be made in full any time prior to the final payment deadline. The pass will not be processed until it is paid in full. The $25 deposit is non-refundable. Once full payment has been made, Outside Life is unable to refund any amount. The pass is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs prior to paying in full, a refund will be issued for any payment except the $25 deposit.

Epic Coverage
The new season pass includes Epic Coverage, and passholders will receive instructions in the fall to customize their protection for the upcoming season, including how to make, update, or change Epic Coverage elections. No sign-up is required.
Partner Passholders at Monarch
Partner passholders visiting Monarch with a season pass from a partner resort should stop at the ticket window with their valid partner pass, confirmation that the pass is for the current season, and an ID for a Monarch ticket RFID card (not available online). There will be an initial $5 fee for the card. All Monarch eligible days will be loaded on the card, which can be reloaded for future visits (available online using the RELOAD option).

Eligibility for College Passes
College passes are available to any undergraduate or graduate college students. Eligible schools are those that are classified as Title IV, degree granting, institutions in the United States. Trade & vocational schools are not considered eligible for this offer. Students must be able to prove enrollment in 12 credit hours for undergraduate, 6 credit hours for graduate, or 3 credit hours for doctorate. There is no age restriction on college passes.
Verifying College Status
Students can verify their college status by presenting current student verification at the ticket window, though digitally sending enrollment verification is highly recommended. College passes will not be activated until verification is complete. Verification is required at the time of active enrollment and cannot be completed if eligibility no longer exists.
