eNumber Retrieval: If you've forgotten your eNumber, use the "forgot username" link.
Password Reset: If you've forgotten your password, use the password reset link.

Paying Tuition and Housing Deposits

To confirm your enrollment, you'll need to pay your tuition and housing deposits through the Portal using your eNumber and password.

Official High School Transcript: Ensure your high school sends your official transcript, showing your graduation date, directly to Elmhurst University. This is a federal requirement.

My Progress (Degree Audit): Track your progress toward degree completion. My Progress is the same as your Degree Audit.
Transcript Requests: Order official transcripts. Note that unofficial transcripts are available without needing access to your myElmhurst portal. As long as you completed your studies after 2003, the Self-Service app (ss.elmhurst.edu) is all you need. You’ll log in with your eNumber and the most recent password you used with your myElmhurst portal account.
Refiling Process: Make changes to your registration.
Commencement Ceremony: Information regarding your graduation ceremony.
Financial Aid: Access your financial aid information and complete necessary tasks.

Addressing Registration Issues

Sometimes, you may encounter holds that prevent you from adding or dropping courses. These include:

Business Hold: Prevents adding and dropping courses due to financial reasons.
Adviser Hold: Requires advisor approval to add or drop courses.

Final Exam Time Conflicts:

If you encounter a final exam time conflict, follow these steps:

Discuss your alternative plan for completing the final exam with the instructor(s).
Submit the "Register for Courses with Final Exam Time Conflict" request, including a description of how the conflict will be resolved.
The form will be sent to both instructors for approval.

Time Assignments

All students are assigned a time assignment each semester, based on credits completed. The semester you are currently enrolled in does not count toward this. Time assignments may not be changed or switched.
