Academic Divisions and Bachelor's Degrees Offered

For administrative purposes, the University is composed of the following academic divisions which offer bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees: The Carter School of Business, Mary C. Crowley College of Christian Faith, Dorothy M. Bush College of Education, College of Fine Arts, College of Humanities and Social Sciences, College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Gary Cook School of Leadership, and Graduate School of Ministry.

Master's Degrees

A master's degree in leadership equips flourishing leaders with competencies essential for effective and distinctive roles in the real-world contexts of government, business, education, ministry, and nonprofits.

The length of time it takes to complete your online master's degree program at DBU depends on how much time you can realistically devote to your studies. Generally, you can plan on a minimum of two to three years for most accredited online master's degrees - if you are pursuing your degree full-time with nine credit hours per semester.

Doctoral Programs

DBU's Ed.D. program produces graduates who possess the critical thinking skills necessary to integrate faith and learning for the purpose of transforming students and improving education.

DBU began offering the Ed.D.

For the Ed.D. in Educational Leadership at DBU, students enroll in one to two classes each eight-week term. However, courses are not self-paced, and professors expect weekly participation.
