This initiative recognizes the importance of addressing equity gaps in higher education and providing targeted support to students of color.
Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM)
Strategic enrollment management (SEM) is a holistic approach to addressing enrollment and student success challenges. SEM promotes student success, optimizes enrollment, and ensures the fiscal viability of our colleges. This approach recognizes that enrollment management is not just about attracting students, but also about supporting them throughout their academic journey.
Undocumented Student Support
This community encourages systemwide communication about undocumented student efforts and serves as a hub of information for the professionals who support these students. This initiative recognizes the unique challenges faced by undocumented students and provides resources and support to help them succeed in college.
Open Educational Resources (OER)
The California Community College Hub is an Open Educational Resources (OER) network for collaboration among the California community college system. All California Community Colleges have their own group inside the hub and all faculty, staff, and students are welcome to join.

This guide provides a primer on copyright and use permissions. It is intended to support teachers, librarians, curriculum experts and others in identifying the terms of use for digital resources, so that the resources may be appropriately (and legally) used as part of lessons and instruction. The guide also helps educators and curriculum experts in approaching the task of securing permission to use copyrighted materials in their classrooms, collections, libraries or elsewhere in new ways and with fewer restrictions than fair use potentially offers.

The Smart Learning Hub initiative focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to provide personalized learning experiences for students.
AI-Based Tutors
Leveraging SmartLearning Hub, a system being developed at UC San Diego that enables instructors to generate AI-based tutors based on a specification of content, learning activities and engagements, we plan to create AI tutors for 8 different courses for students (AI Literacy, Biology, and Computer Programming) and a workshop in AI Literacy aimed at instructors. These AI tutors will offer rich, interactive and personalized learning experiences to students.
Goals of the Project
The proposed project has two goals: Engage instructors across all segments of the California public higher education system to create course-specific tutors.

Via the Learning Portal you also have access to professional learning guidance, video tutorials, correlations, and the very latest communications, updates, and instructional pacing notifications.
ClassView Pro Assessment App
The ClassView Pro assessment app simplifies collecting, synthesizing, and sharing student assessment data, portfolios, and reporting. The tool is available for use on desktop, laptop, and mobile devices and connects with other Learning Portal digital products, such as the Card Deck Application and Organization Administrator.
Tech SSO/Roster Management
In addition to the management features provided to all Learning Portal users, Collaborative Classroom offers theoption to add Tech SSO/Roster Management for a one-time fee of $1500/district.
