Online Education Services

Those potential benefits of faster completion and superior flexibility and convenience come with another big advantage: A comprehensive suite of online education services that provide virtual students with the same level of support offered to on-campus learners.

Diploma vs. Degree

When choosing the right college education, it is important to understand the difference between an online diploma and the different types of online degrees you can pursue. To put it simply, a diploma precedes an associate degree program. Typically, diploma programs are shorter and focus on specialized skills for entry-level careers. For example, healthcare professionals may choose to earn a billing and coding diploma before earning an associate degree in nursing, medical assisting, or other area in the field. Degrees start with associate programs, which are typically two years in length. A bachelor’s program is four years long. But if you earn your associate degree, you may be able to apply those two years of credits to your bachelor’s. Once you complete a bachelor’s degree, you can consider master’s or graduate certificate programs. A doctorate is the highest level of education you can earn.

Student Experiences and Support

Bryant & Stratton College was a fantastic educational experience. The energy that the instructors brought helped me to enjoy my classes, and I loved everything that the school had to offer. Without my experience at Bryant & Stratton College, I would not be where I am today. I never felt like just a number at Bryant & Stratton College. I know that I could-and still can-rely on all my instructors and other staff at the college for help when I need it. Professors work hard and dedicate themselves for our success. They are extremely supportive which helped me succeed greatly. Something I also enjoyed and appreciated was how understanding the college was to life, issues arise and there were times I considered not coming back but, they worked with me and we made it happen. The instructors were good overall. Most of the classes are “Remote,” meaning you have to attend an online MS Teams session once a week rather than an in-person class. In addition, you have homework due almost every week, so if you can handle the workload, you’ll do fine. Overall, my experience was great. I have been getting lots of support from the school instructors for anything struggling with the topics. The classroom environment was great with few students getting more time to solve the problems with any questions or concerns.
