Each apartment comes fully furnished and includes a kitchen, catering to students who prefer cooking over relying on meal plans. The beds are full size, and the rooms are spacious singles.
While the Tower apartments are the most expensive of the UCF dorms, residents often find it's worth the investment. Beyond the beautiful apartments, the location offers unparalleled convenience. Residents can choose between a 2x1 or a 4x2 layout. A significant perk of living in Nike/Hercules is the proximity to the leisure pool, a popular spot for students to relax and socialize. There are always parties at the leisure pool so you will never get bored.
3. Neptune Community
Neptune is the newest community of UCF dorms. These suites feature a modern design with four rooms and two bathrooms. These suites have 4 rooms two bathrooms. Note that Neptune offers a suite-style setup rather than a full apartment, lacking a living room and stove (though one stove is available on each floor). Neptune is very modern, but only freshman can live here. The community is located close to the leisure pool as well. Also in this community there is a beautiful lake for you to sit out by and get some homework done.

4. Nike/Hercules Shared Suites
These shared suites, exclusively for freshmen, offer a balance of community and privacy. The rooms are a great size. It’s a shared suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are two people in each bedroom and it’s a residence hall which allows you to make friends with your suitemates and floormates. Living in these UCF dorms provided many opportunities to meet new people. And of course, the leisure pool is close!
Budget-Friendly Dorms
5. Lake Claire Apartments
Lake Claire Apartments represent one of the older housing options at UCF. This community only offers a 4 by 2 situation; it’s basically like the Nike/Hercules apartments, but the older version of it. Its central location on campus makes it ideal for students prioritizing convenience. It’s literally right smack dab in the middle of campus, so walking to class is nothing.
6. Apollo/Libra Shared Suites
Apollo/Libra are among the oldest communities on UCF’s campus. There are cement walls, bad lighting, and a bathroom that resembles a jail cell. It’s not a terrible place to live though, and you’re super close to your classes.

First-year students have several housing options tailored to their needs. Libra, Neptune, Nike and Hercules are common choices for those starting their college journey.
