Beacon Academy: Tuition, Financial Aid, and Educational Opportunities

Beacon Academy is dedicated to providing a high-quality education and ensuring its programs benefit all students. To that end, the academy focuses on continuous improvement, particularly in managing tuition payment programs and financial aid assessments. This article delves into Beacon Academy's tuition structure, financial aid opportunities, and the overall educational experience it offers.

Tuition and Fees

The tuition at Beacon Academy is $57,000. It is important to note that tuition and fees may vary depending on grade level and other factors, and may be subject to change each school year. For the most up-to-date information, it is best to contact the admissions office directly.

Financial Aid and Accessibility

Beacon Academy is committed to making its education accessible to determined and inquisitive students from historically under-resourced and/or underrepresented communities. The academy achieves this through a robust needs-based scholarship program, designed to meet 100% of a family's demonstrated financial need. A candidate’s request for financial aid does not affect his/her chances for admission, as decisions regarding admission and financial aid are made separately.

Applying for Financial Aid

Families applying for financial aid at Beacon Academy will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation. Beacon Academy partners with FACTS Management Company to manage its tuition payment program and financial aid assessment. Families will be expected to complete the Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS). The PFS is used by schools across the country to help assess families’ financial aid needs.

To streamline the financial aid application process, Beacon Academy uses the Clarity Tuition application. Families can securely submit their financial aid application through Blackbaud. The application typically takes between 20 and 30 minutes to complete. FACTS charges $40 for this service. Contact the admissions team in order to receive a fee waiver code before submitting.
