Internship Program Overview
The summer internship program experience is designed to integrate interns into the organization from day one. Interns will learn about our business through meaningful work assignments, gaining a significant understanding of the work we do, our team culture, and will develop their skills through real life application during this 12-week program.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for Associated Bank internships, candidates generally need to be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree and be in their sophomore, junior, or senior year.

Location Requirements
Due to work requirements, candidates must be located within 30 miles of Green Bay, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, or Chicago.
Available Internship Programs
Associated Bank offers several distinct programs targeted towards students and recent graduates:
Summer Internship Program
This 12-week summer program offers high-potential college sophomores and juniors targeted roles in a variety of business lines with the potential to continue through the academic year.
Wealth Management Development Program
This 12-month rotation program provides recent college graduates exposure to areas within Wealth Management. During the rotations, trainees will contribute to the sales team and build a solid product knowledge base for cross-sell success.
Credit Analyst Program
This five-month program provides recent college graduates essential credit training through a combination of classroom learning, case studies and exposure to key business lines.
