The Aspire Academy concepts are found in more than 100 learning modules related to the CRM, estimating, scheduling, mobile and time entry, purchasing, invoicing, and administration in the green and commercial clean industries.

Aspire in the Classroom: Bridging the Gap Between Education and Industry
"Aspire in the Classroom" is a learning path available in universities and high schools.
According to Todd Reinhart of Reinhart Landscaping & Snow in Bloomington, IL, it is key that students come out of college with this real-world skill. Students have been able to touch, feel, use the Aspire program, and they know what it's capable of and they know why. Whether you're in operations, sales or admin or financial, you get a basic understanding of why it's so important in the green industry.
Gohl carved out 65 modules that would give a student a real strong understanding of the workflow and Aspire, which also aligns with a landscape company.
Reinhart and his team helped introduce Aspire in the Classroom in 2024 at Illinois State University. The company’s directors of operations and analytics teach a couple of classes each semester. Reinhart considers his firm “a computer company that happens to be in the landscaping business.” Aspire software, he says, has opened the landscaping industry to new talent.

Reinhart points to one area of his business being managed in the spring and summer of 2025 by an intern from the University of Illinois.
He's mowing lawns, but he's mowing lawns with 35 autonomous lawn mowers. He's running the entire fleet. You tell your parents or you tell an advisor you're going to mow lawns for the summer, they're pretty much like, 'You're doing what? Mowing lawns?' 'Well, no, I'm running an autonomous mowing fleet that goes in and charges on their own. And then we look at the data analytics and the use time and the battery technology, and then we're running these off-grid with solar.' The whole conversation changes.
Reinhart is aiming to make young people believers in the landscaping industry and, by extension, believers in the power of Aspire software. You come out with your certificate that you know Aspire. You can go get a job anywhere you want, any day you want, and you have a skill set. You go for a job interview as an operations manager, and maybe you and someone else are exactly equal. And you go, ‘I've already been on Aspire. I know how to use it. I know how to create bids. I know how to run operations, schedule things.’ This is a skill set that instantly propels you to the top of the list.
Reinhart certainly sees Aspire at work in his own company, founded in 1986 with his brother, Chad, and which has more than 100 employees and should approach $15 million in revenue in 2025. It is the tool of the industry. It’s what has allowed us to scale.

ASPIRE Academy: Online Education
Online education is changing fast-and ASPIRE Academy is leading the way. As the premier school for synchronous learning, we provide live, interactive classes for students in grades 1-12. Our students stay actively engaged with teachers and peers in real time, asking questions, collaborating on assignments, and building friendships, and learning in an online classroom that is both connected and dynamic.
How ASPIRE Academy Operates
Space is limited and an application process and tier system will be used for registration. Families who are interested in ASPIRE should fill and submit an interest form on our PORTAL.
This program is unique because of its emphasis on live, interactive instruction where relationships are built with students and instant feedback is provided.
Tuition is comparable with other distance education programs.
Families who do not have immediate access to brick and mortar SDA schools in MICHIGAN have first-level access to ASPIRE through the end of March. If seats are still available, other applicants will be given consideration until we have reached our enrollment cap. Our goal is to provide access to Adventist Education to as many students as possible.

Aspire Academy: Homeschool Academic Support
Aspire Academy is Tulsa’s full-service homeschooling academic support campus. It is a not-for-profit (501c3) created to come alongside and meet the academic needs of homeschooling families by offering a’la’carte/drop off classes on Mondays and Wednesdays.
As an organization, we believe and support that your home is the child’s primary school and that by electing to home school, parents assume the role of primary teacher. Families have the constitutionally protected right to customize their student’s education based on individual interests, learning styles, learning disabilities, passions, specific needs and personality, and to incorporate the family’s personal values and beliefs into their daily teaching however they see fit. We do not view all children the same, expect all children to advance or master concepts at the same pace, or at the same age, or put students into a one size fits all box - this is the beauty and basic foundation of homeschooling.
Academy Program
Our Academy Program is designed to encourage and support by blending the best aspects of homeschool with the social and engaging environment of an in-person classroom. Parents work together in partnership with our professional in-person tutors. We provide support for parents as they teach and reinforce the content for each subject at home. Aspire Academy supplements the home education journey by offering a multitude of both academic and enrichment classes. Our academic classes provide students with instruction, labs, tests, and class work, as well as daily homework. Enrichment and elective classes provide a teaching atmosphere in class, but often do not require heavy homework assignments. Students may participate in one class or may enroll in several, depending on their current needs.
Policies and Procedures
The Department of Social Services requires that all licensed child care centers conduct background checks on all potential employees and volunteers. The Academy has a confidentiality policy that protects our families’ and employees’ personal information. The Academy has a zero-tolerance policy if confidential information is inappropriately released. At the parent’s request, we are open to scheduling parent-teacher conferences throughout the year to discuss your child’s development, progress, and/or challenges. Interested families will be offered a tour of the Academy. Families will be provided with the option to be placed on our general or paid waiting list. The paid waiting list requires a deposit to guarantee the next available spot. Our general wait list families are called after our paid wait list families. Yes, we accept payments from the South Carolina Voucher program. Payments for tuition, annual registration fees, and additional program activities are to be made through our online Parent Portal. Cash, checks, or money orders are not accepted. Family accounts with a balance at closing on Tuesdays are charged a $25.00 late payment fee. Payments submitted for the annual registration fee and weekly tuition are not eligible for a refund, nor transferrable to another family. There are no exceptions. Account credits may be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Homeschooling Philosophy and Curriculum Creation
Homeschooling allows for a personalized approach to education.
Ever since I was pregnant with my oldest son, I knew that I wanted to homeschool. So I have been researching for years. I thought I had a clear plan until I actually started homeschooling him. Sometimes the format didn’t work for him or I didn’t like the information presented in some of the lessons, especially for science. So I decided to start creating my own curriculum for subjects that I couldn’t find to meet his needs. I also wanted to make the lessons more engaging and I wanted to incorporate the resources provided through JW.org. When I started making my own curriculum, my son was 6 years old, a struggling reader with (now diagnosed) severe ADHD and DMDD. I host weekly classes using my curriculum with students ages 5 to 18. So even though I primarily make these with my elementary school age son in mind, I am also aware of the needs of other students, including my toddler for the upcoming years. I have spent countless hours, weeks, and months researching and organizing subjects in a way that all ages can learn simultaneously. Younger students are engaged with video instruction and basic coloring or writing activities and games. Older students are learning while also engaged in the information presented. You can tailor the curriculum however you please or use it as is.
Scheduling and Routines
What best fits your family’s needs, and especially you child(ren)’s educational needs and learning style. What we figured works well for us to school all year round, that way there aren’t drastic breaks in-between school years, making it hard to get back to the routine and my child forgetting what he learned. That’s why I notice in most curriculums they work a lot on review from the previous school year in the first weeks. We also wanted to leave a few days for service, chores, and rest. So we opt to do school 4 days a week. Since the state I live in does not have any hour or day reequirements, we now do 40 weeks, 4 days a week, with 1 week breaks every 5 weeks, 2 week breaks midway and at the end of the school year. We also decided to start at least 1 week after Labor Day, which is safe to say that all public school kids are back in school, so it leaves at least a week for us to possibly enjoy doing things like going to the pool without it being crowded.
I choose to do what I feel is most important in education every day, Reading and Math. All of the other subjects are weekly. Also, while I thrive off of a schedule bound by time, I quickly noticed that did not work for my son. I would try to start school at a specific time and end by a certain time. Most days I met with much resistance from my son and honestly some days that didn’t work for me either. So I started implementing a routine instead of a schedule. That has worked tremendously well for us!
Positive Reinforcement
The “Fuzzy Buddy reward” refers to those little fuzzy guys at the top. I bought them at a Dollar Tree store, put magnets on their feet, and wrote a reward in pencil on their feet so I can change it up unexpectedly (rewards are electronics, toys, craft, and snack). I used to use them to take away rewards for bad behavior. But I read that positive reinforcement is more effective than negative. So I did the reverse, instead of starting his day with the prospect of having all rewards then seeing what’s left by the end of his responsibilities, he starts his day with no rewards and gets them added once his responsibilities are compete. Each responsibility is 1/2 buddy (sometimes more if it takes longer, like service and meetings). If he does it all with no issues, he gets all rewards. If he has some issues, he gets however many adds up to a full buddy (he chooses which fuzzy buddy he wants, without knowing which has what). Below is our homeschool schedule as we go along. You can easily take my schedule and customize to your needs depending on what you do.
Early Childhood Education
I don’t have a schedule for these because children at these levels usually just learn through play. There shouldn’t really be any formal instruction, just play with them and sing songs. If there is any kind of formal instruction, it is recommended to be just about 15 minutes a day, nothing too elaborate. I’m posting what I found was successful with my older son and things I am currently doing with my toddler. "Class is in session."
