Payment Options at ACC

ACC provides various methods to pay tuition and fees:

  • Online Payment: Credit card, direct from your bank account, direct from select 529 Savings Plans.
  • International Payment: ACC has partnered with TransferMate to offer a streamlined and cost-effective payment method for international payments. TransferMate offers favorable exchange rates and a secure portal for processing your payment to ACC. ACC only accepts wire payments of the exact tuition amount. Payments in any other amount will be refused. The application fee must be paid separately through ACC Marketplace.
  • Prepaid Accounts: You may use prepaid accounts to pay tuition and fees only. Payment must be for the exact amount due. Partial payment or overpayment are NOT accepted.
  • Financial Aid: Your tuition and fees will be covered up to the amount of your financial aid offer. No payment is needed. Your financial aid will be applied to your balance when your classes begin. Pay the difference to secure your classes on the same day you register. Note: All offers initially are offered based on full-time enrollment. Your financial aid offer is subject to change based on your actual enrollment (i.e. course selection, number of classes, etc.) and Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status. Your financial aid will not be released until your courses begin each semester, so your balance will remain on your account until then. For financial aid purposes, each award year starts with Fall and ends with Summer (e.g. Summer 2024 is the last term of the 2023-24 year). Please be advised that ACC will only process aid once a student’s file is complete, and it is the student’s responsibility to monitor their myACC student portal for outstanding financial aid requirements.
  • Sponsorship: Obtain sponsorship agreement forms from the Student Accounting Office. Before registering, confirm with your sponsor that the sponsor agreement has been approved.

Interest-Free Payment Plans

ACC understands that paying tuition in one lump sum can be challenging. To help students manage costs, they offer interest-free payment plans, allowing you to spread payments over several installments.

  • You must make the first down payment by the tuition deadline. Contact the Financial Aid Office at 512-223-4636 immediately to set up an interest-free payment plan. Your financial aid can be used as your first payment, so you will not have to put any money down.

MyPaymentPlan:

Sign up for a payment plan online so you do not have to pay your tuition all at once. Click on My Payment Plan in myACC (Student Finance card).
