  • Filtering is a powerful SQL technique, which is used for filtering or specifying a subset of data that matches specific criteria.

  • Large data handling through DML. Like Unconditional insert(ALL), conditional first, conditional else, pivoting insert,etc.
  • This module is to help you understand what kind of DML can be on large data sets.

  • The data dictionary base tables are the first objects created in any Oracle database. All data dictionary tables and views for a database are stored in the SYSTEM tablespace.
  • Because the SYSTEM tablespace is always online when the database is open, the data dictionary is always available when the database is open.

  • A schema is a collection of schema objects.
  • Examples of schema objects which we are going to through this module includes tables, views, sequences, synonyms, indexes, functions. Schema objects are logical data storage structures.

  • Sub-queries, WITH statements, scalar sub-queries, are types of retrieving data.
  • This module is to discuss all the types of retrieval of data using sub-queries.
